1 Day Express Shipping is available on PHONE orders. Please ask for rates when you call.

 

MOST ORDERS SHIPPED SAME DAY

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped out that day (unless there is a problem with payment processing, product availability, etc.). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following Business Day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

ABOUT UPS SERVICE

Adult signature (ages 21 or older) may be required by UPS on parcels valued $200.00 or more.
UPS will not guarantee ground or air shipment delays due to riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, also disruptions
in air or ground transportation networks such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

2nd Day Air will ship within TWO(2) BUSINESS DAYS (Monday - Friday), weekends are excluded.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER or BANK CHECK: Please make checks payable to: SPAULDING & ROGERS MFG., INC. Personal Checks will be held for 14 business days from the day your order is received. We recommend that you send a MONEY ORDER or BANK CHECK for immediate processing.

CREDIT CARDS: VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER: Orders may only be placed by the credit card holder. Your name and address will be verified with the issuing bank and the order will be shipped ONLY TO THAT ADDRESS.

C.O.D.: C.O.D. is no longer available on internet orders. If you wish to place a C.O.D. order, please call during our regular buiness hours. A charge of $12.00 will be added to each C.O.D. order in addition to Shipping & Handling. A minimum order of $30.00 in merchandise is required for C.O.D. payment. When you place a C.O.D. order, please be prepared to accept the order and pay for the parcel when it arrives with a Certified Check or Money Order made payable to Spaulding & Rogers Mfg., Inc. C.O.D. is available on UPS Ground Only. UPS will not accept cash or personal checks on C.O.D. orders. If the parcel is returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, which will automatically be added to your next order. Also, we will no longer be able to offer you C.O.D. service.
